Wikipedia:Suspected copyright violations/2011-12-11

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Recreation of a previously deleted article. It's been re-nominated for deletion, the history should be restored for attribution if it's kept this time. January (talk) 11:56, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Article is an unattributed split from Gun laws in the United States (by state), attribution now in edit history. No copyright problem from that URL since they appear to be copying Wikipedia. Hut 8.5 11:43, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Not necessarily a copyvio. The text of the article, and the text on the linked website, looks identical to the article The Scream, right down to including the texts "see gallery" and "shown to the right" when there is no gallery and nothing is shown on the right. Just another of the gazillions of websites that copy&paste content from Wikipedia but forget to include any reference to Wikipedia. JIP | Talk 13:35, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No copyright problem, legimate attributed article split. Hut 8.5 19:57, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
