  • Code D: the user is found in the same ip range of the sock puppet of [1] and [2]. He is misusing the University of Texas resources for making the wikipedia dirty. see the who is information.[3]

• • Code E: the user violates 3RR in the article Replace this text with the code letter from table at the edits [4], [5], [6],[7] and also numerous continous edits of 128.83.131.123 here [8].
