I am sorry. I shall delete this AfD. Reverted the skinnyman page, i shall undo that. I find all this copyright nonsense hard to understand as it is not something I have ever payed attention to in real life. Can you explain to me then why it would be acceptable on an article about the album but not on the article about the artist who created the album, If i am getting this right? Our use of non-free content is only allowed under fair use laws in the United States, thus we require a rationale for every use of the content explaining why it meets our policy WP:NFCC on non-free content and ultimately why its use is allowed under the fair use doctrine, and it is also important to note that our non-free use policy is more stricter than fair use laws is some ways, and this is due to the fact that our mission is to produce perpetually free content, so non-free content is not in our best interest, and it should only be used within strict limits and within the context of free text content. You can use a template like {{Non-free use rationale 2}} to fill in the rationale. However I would not consider your use in Skinnyman to be within our non-free use policy because it is being used in the infobox to identify the musician, this doesn't meet WP:NFCC#1 because the person is still living, so a free image of them could be taken to replace the non-free content.
