- File:Behemoth Roller Coaster Layout.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Dom497 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
I do not believe that this file meets the Non-free media use rules for two reasons, firstly it is not curial to the article and secondly it is replaceable by a free version. Mtking (talk) 01:01, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep As the article is about the rollercoaster itself, I think a graphic of the layout is quite significant to the article, and it is unlikely we would be able to obtain a free content photo of the whole rollercoaster layout. Secondly, you could argue that the rollercoaster layout itself is copyrighted, so a drawing/graphic made by someone else could constitute an unauthorized derivative work. Acather96 (talk) 08:36, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Disagree about the replaceable point, it is more than possible to take a free replacement picture. As for the "quite significant to the article", the article has existed for nearly four years without it. Mtking (talk) 21:50, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- The article is about the rollercoaster, the diagram adds to it significantly by showing the full layout of the rollercoaster, and is a useful visual aid to comprehend what the text is trying to convey. It's irrelevant that it hasn't been there for four years. And I am still of the belief that it would be very unlikely we could get a picture of the rollercoaster which showed the entire layout with the same clarity as the diagram does, and even moreso one under a free license. - Keep I believe that the model is a very nice addition to the article. Perhaps it isn't "quite significant" but I believe that it is valuable. ShdSlyr2 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 05:44, 27 June 2011 (UTC).[reply]

Photo of a dog taken from Texas A&M's website. The dog still exists, is seen regularly by plenty of people at Texas A&M, and is regularly on the sidelines at football games. A free photo could easily be produced. For example, we have a photo of its predecessor File:Reveille-TAMU-Mascot.JPG. B (talk) 02:21, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Inferior to File:DuffingMap.png; JPEG is meant for photos, not graphs. No point in having redundant images like this. –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 19:24, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If indeed user-created, unencyclopedic (since we have File:Relapse (album).jpg). If not user-created, is an orphaned non-free file (which fails WP:NFCC). –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 19:27, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is another block request, using the first file as an anchor. The request refers to all the files in Category:BadSVG Chemical Structures. These are orphaned files, all of which are bad SVG in terms of having some bug in the svg code which is preventing display or causing the fonts not to scale at different resolutions (the majority were drawn with BKchem). The files that are in use have been separated out and are being slowly corrected to remove the bugs. It is asked that any major concerns are also added to the main talk at Category_talk:Unclassified_Chemical_Structures#Bad_SVG Ronhjones (Talk) 21:25, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
