This seems to be an advertisement for a company that doesn't meet WP:CORP. There are a bunch of external links and the only source provided is a dead link. Delete. --gdfusion (talk|contrib) 23:07, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

There are companies in various countries called Water Weights but is also a generic load testing method. I would prefer that the page was improved rather than being deleted Wayne Jayes 13:10, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
I've added a reference and external links to two separate companies that provide the water weight bags, so that the article is no longer an advert but rather provides information about a method of testing. Wayne Jayes 14:15, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
