Keep I would argue that she meets point 12 of WP:MUSICBIO: "Has been a featured subject of a substantial broadcast segment across a national radio or TV network." Soft keep - In agreement with KaisaL and Lourdes, article seems to meet notability threshold for musicians under WP:MUSICBIO, number 12. Also agree that the article itself is very stubby and would need more work.
