I couldn't find any WP:RS to establish notability. The best I could find was a nomination for the Palm Art Award [1], which is something put on by Who's who in Visual Art [2]. Tone is totally Promo, and has been flagged for COI. Theredproject (talk) 22:42, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
