"'Keep"' He is notable. His art work has been published in several prestigious magazines and newspapers of America and Armenia. His work has been kept in various art gallary and museum. Delete - His work is mentioned all over the net, and on self-published sites, but as for articles about him in reliable sources I was only able to find this one article. Magnolia677 (talk) 14:29, 29 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - His work is widely published in several art magazines and newspapers. Collection of his paintings can be found in several gallerias and museums in USA. his initiative Art To Thank is widely appreciated. Artist is notable. His page should be not deleted.   • Delete I see no evidence that this painter meets WP:ARTIST, and in particular, no evidence that his paintings are part of any museum collection. I also see no significant coverage in any publication with a reputation for serious coverage of contemporary art.   • Keep Mher is well known for his painting dedicated to Armenian genocide. As no other artist in the world doesn't do the project through traveling show in Art to raise awareness about the Genocide.
