Can't find anything to prove his notability. Although his position within the International Organization for Migration sounds important, I'm unable to find significant coverage in independent reliable sources. The most I could find was two mentions by the BBC [1] [2], but they are only mentions and are not close to the significant coverage required by the GNG. Jenks24 (talk) 13:12, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete - Lacks significant coverage about him in reliable sources to establish notability. I only see mentions and quotes from him in his capacity as envoy. -- Whpq (talk) 17:11, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
