- Delete per nom. It is unsourced, and possible original research. Nothing more to say. Bearian (talk) 20:28, 23 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep "just a word"? Well yes, the Sindhi language equivalent of Praise and close to Prayer. Google translate for مداح gives Panegyric as a synonym. It's also a poetical genre (as the articles it links attest). Certainly it needs references but not deletion. -Arb. (talk) 22:59, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
- You're not providing evidence of sufficient notability for retention on the English wiki. Pax 00:24, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

- Redirect to Prayer, which covers the sense of "praise" this word seems to mean (roughly -- as opposed to praise). If it means the same thing in a different language, it should redirect to the English language concept. If it's a bit different and sources say as much, it should be included in the prayer article rather than have its own. The possibility for a stand-alone article would seem to be as a form of poetry, but poetry, too, is touched upon in the prayer article. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 16:18, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Rhododendrites,
If it means the same thing in a different language, it should redirect to the English language concept.
The usual practice at RfD is to not redirect from foreign languages. czar ⨹ 20:46, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Rhododendrites,
- Redirect to Music of Badakhshan#Vocal music as a worthwhile search term. No independent notability shown otherwise, at least for now. czar ⨹ 20:46, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
