So you don't think Liquid foundation should be kept as a redirect to Foundation (cosmetics)? That seems like a good navigational aid to me. Now, if you think coverage at Foundation (cosmetics) is sufficient and there's nothing to add from Liquid foundation, you could propose a delete and redirect.
