- Delete. "Honorary consul" from a country to a subnational unit of another country is not an "inherently" notable role that would exempt her from having to get over WP:GNG on the sourcing, nothing else here adequately demonstrates that she would have gotten into Wikipedia for any other reason besides the "diplomatic" job, and the sourcing is not adequate to get her over GNG.
