This individual doesn't appear to be notable per WP:BLP or WP:GNG. Nothing in the article suggests notability and I can't find anything better in English, though of course there may be better sources in Lithuanian (which I don't read). Neiltonks (talk) 14:13, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
