WP:BLP of a county-level politician, not properly referenced as clearing WP:NPOL #2. As always, the county level of political office is not a notability freebie -- to be notable enough for an article, a county councillor has to show a depth and range and volume of sourcing that marks her out as much more special than most other county councillors, but the only references being shown here are primary sources which do not constitute support for notability at all.
