Your recent edits
I had to revert one of your recent edits to Fenerbahçe S.K. as you did not explain why you removed the content fro the article. We know that it was done in good faith, and I hope this does not discourage you from editing Wikipedia. Again, welcome. hmssolent\You rang? ship's log 12:05, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
- The interwiki's are now on Wikidata. The ones on the article are about the football-team, not the sports club. --Sjoerddebruin (talk) 12:30, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
- Restored your removals. Thanks for the HU. hmssolent\You rang? ship's log 12:51, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
Koekkoek
Hi Sjoerd, would you please explain your rationale for this edit here? Thx, Jane (talk) 12:28, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
- The image has nothing to do with the "subject", that is also a messy surname page to be honest. I thought those pages were for navigation? Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 12:31, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
- Why do you feel the image has nothing to do with the "subject"? In this case the subject is the surname, and the name has a meaning in Dutch, which is illustrated by the illustration you removed. Removing the visual link and keeping the audio link seems inconsistent, but I also don't see the problem with illustrating the concept of the meaning of the name. So in summary, I don't agree that the image is inappropriate and find it in fact highly appropriate as it illustrates two meanings of the concept behind the name. Navigation can be triggered visually as well as textually. Jane (talk) 15:09, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
You flagged this page that I recently created because of multiple issues. Has the further work I've done on it addressed your objections?
Thank you!

I have made additional edits to this entry and added new information. I've also removed the flags you added a year ago. I hope this meets with your approval. BTW, I did not in fact start with a rough translation when I created this entry.
Thanks!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. 't Spijt me
Beste Sjoerd,
Why did you revert?
As a general rule, parents should know account passwords in case the editor gets locked out. Also, even though parents are never going to edit, parents may want to see what s/he has been editing, and cut down on the editing. UpsandDowns1234 21:45, 22 March 2017 (UTC)
- Is there any consensus for such a sentence to be added? Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 21:46, 22 March 2017 (UTC)
Roar revert
Yeah, my bad, I mistakened "Roar" for "Part of Me", the latter of which was the acoustic rendition, not the former. Thanks. PatTag2659 (talk) 12:06, 5 June 2017 (UTC)
