The article Cantata++ has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Newly created article that does not in any way meet notability. Why would user:Joe Decker move a subject that fails notability and the article has not had any RS that support its notability added since it failed its AfD: [[:Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cantata++

From Wikipedia]]?

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Cantata++ may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. Wise

[edit]

May I suggest you let the deletion discussion run its course, pretty much as you are doing, with one exception. Do not be drawn into battles, something you have resisted so far. You were very restrained with the gentleman I have dropped a big hint to. You are, should you choose, entitled to complain about him, but I suggest ignoring him is the more effective route. Fiddle Faddle 21:37, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your advice. I'm going to ignore him in future. But I was very patient with him for a long time and this comment was too much. I'm really asking myself if it is something personal or his personal interest to delete the article. And that won't meet the Wiki Guidance in no way... Nevertheless, I'll follow your advice and will restrain myself :-) ! Thank you very much. Greets, QARon (talk) 21:50, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
His behaviour makes it appear personal, but I am sure he is simply expressing his frustration about the article's existence, though not in the best manner. As you know, I doubt you can find enough material for verification of any notability, but I want you to have a fair chance to make the attempt. I hope to encourage you to become a hobbyist editor here. Fiddle Faddle 22:26, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As I hoped, the discussion has returned the article to Draft:Cantata++. I was going to say "Good luck with finding references" but that sounded sarcastic! Fiddle Faddle 07:46, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Haha, no it doesn't sound sarcastic when you're saying it! Thank you, I'll do my best! May you assist me if I will have some questions during my work on it ? I would feel in good hands, having you "besides me" as a professional editor ;-) QARon (talk) 17:31, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Ask me on my talk page or use {{ping}} and I'll answer whatever I can. May I suggest you don't submit for review until you've exhausted all possible reference sources. Fiddle Faddle 20:15, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A thought for the review might be to invite that strong opponent of the article to review it or to comment on it. They will if it is accepted, so it is better to do that thing early, I suspect. Fiddle Faddle 16:06, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You think I should inform the strong opponent (Walter Görlitz) first ? Really ?

I am working on the 'can't lose by taking the bull by the horns' theory. He is going to have an opinion sooner or later. Getting him out of the way up front may be a useful set of further comments on the draft. No-one can be sure how other wikipedians react. Fiddle Faddle 16:56, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Cantata++ (October 6)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. Here's why:

The article is still enormously too detailed; WP is an encyclopedia, not a software manual.

You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Repeat AfD nominee

[edit]

You previously voiced an opinion on an AfD discussion on an article. It was subsequently moved to user space and made it to main space. It has been nominated for deletion again: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cantata++ (3rd nomination). If you are interested in weighing-in, it would be helpful to know if you see any improvement in the article and it currently meets WP:GNG. Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:04, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
