Dear @Aszx5000: Thank you for reviewing the Wikipedia article about me. It is correct that I am supject to WP:COISELF since the article is about myself. It is also correct that the article was translated from the German Wikipedia by me. It should be noted that the article in the German Wikipedia has not been created by me.
As written in WP:COISELF, conflict of interest editing is discouraged but not forbidden. I am more than happy to follow these steps in order to disclose my conflict of interest. I have verified my identity in the German Wikipedia in order to assure people visiting my page that I am indeed Maximilian Janisch.
While translating the article I tried to follow the WP:POL, notably WP:NPOV and WP:Reliability. If there is any part of the article specifically that you think disagrees with these policies, or if you feel that the structure of the article is in conflict with these guidelines, I'd be happy to fix them myself, or have any other editor of Wikipedia fix them. Currently I find the inserted template unfair. It is true that there is conflict of interest, and I am happy to disclose it, but I agree with neither the statement that the article violates NPOV, nor with the statement that the article is in need of cleanup.
Looking forward to your response. --Maximilian Janisch (talk) 06:30, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @Aszx5000: I have started the paragraph Talk:Maximilian Janisch#Conflict_of_Interest in order to suggest steps that need to be taken in order to resolve the issue raised by you.
Thanks and have a good day, --Maximilian Janisch (talk) 07:34, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I don't know; that is a good question. I will try to find the answer and get back to you soon. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:13, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
According to Squasher, the editor who posted the verification of your identity on German Wikipedia, the process is thorough enough to satisfy the requirements of English Wikipedia as well. I am satisfied with the explanation, so I will make a note on the English article talk page that your identity has been verified. Thanks. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 06:45, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
