Better source request for some of your uploads
Thanks for your uploads to Wikipedia. There is an issue with some of them, specifically:
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the images because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the images, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image files themselves. Please update the image descriptions with URLs that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 21:06, 21 June 2013 (UTC)
Hey Armchair QB
I'm sending you this because you've made quite a few edits to the template namespace in the past couple of months. If I've got this wrong, or if I haven't but you're not interested in my request, don't worry; this is the only notice I'm sending out on the subject :).
So, as you know (or should know - we sent out a centralnotice and several watchlist notices) we're planning to deploy the VisualEditor on Monday, 1 July, as the default editor. For those of us who prefer markup editing, fear not; we'll still be able to use the markup editor, which isn't going anywhere.
What's important here, though, is that the VisualEditor features an interactive template inspector; you click an icon on a template and it shows you the parameters, the contents of those fields, and human-readable parameter names, along with descriptions of what each parameter does. Personally, I find this pretty awesome, and from Monday it's going to be heavily used, since, as said, the VisualEditor will become the default.
The thing that generates the human-readable names and descriptions is a small JSON data structure, loaded through an extension called TemplateData. I'm reaching out to you in the hopes that you'd be willing and able to put some time into adding TemplateData to high-profile templates. It's pretty easy to understand (heck, if I can write it, anyone can) and you can find a guide here, along with a list of prominent templates, although I suspect we can all hazard a guess as to high-profile templates that would benefit from this. Hopefully you're willing to give it a try; the more TemplateData sections get added, the better the interface can be. If you run into any problems, drop a note on the Feedback page.

Wikipedia Danario Alexander
hi I don't know if I'm doing this right, I have never worked on wikipedias before. I just noticed that the wiki page for Danario Alexander has a very outdated picture and have tried to update it a few times. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but you keep changing it back to a photo that does not reflect his current status in the NFL. He is currently a starting WR for the san Diego Chargers, but the photo on his wiki is from several years ago when he was drafted by the Rams.
Please let me know what the problem is if I'm doing something wrong, otherwise please update the photo yourself as it is not in the spirit of wikipedia to pedantically reverse updates without cause when the information being updated is clearly outdated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.155.21.152 (talk) 18:52, 1 July 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. updating NFL player pages
Hey Armchair QB. I see that you consistently update the NFL roster navboxes and I applaud your work. Just one thing, it would be great if you updated the player page as well after you make the roster navbox update. Thanks man. Edday1051 (talk) 00:34, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
- Well Buddy, you are welcome to do this work yourself. After you have done this constantly for three years, please come back and ask me again to waste more of my time. Armchair QB (talk) 08:20, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
- bro, why so hostile? It was a simple request. It's simply a synchronization issue. It's much simpler to remove a player from the navbox roster and then click on his name and update the player page, as opposed to having two people do it separately, but that's fine. I'm more than willing to update the player pages myself. It was just a request, not a demand. All you had to say was you didn't have the time to do it or you didn't want to do it. You don't have to be a dick about it. Edday1051 (talk) 03:21, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- Listen, the roster navboxes were created and (in most cases) not regulary updated. There are a few editors around who take care of "their" teams. Besides them I've been trying to keep the others up to date over the past years. There have been several other editors who kept care of the player articles, so this went hand in hand. That's how it worked before. So I've done some work in the past which nobody else did, and no, I don't need anyone to pad me on the back for that. But especially I don't need someone asking me to do even more work. Also, I've seen the one or other new guy showing up here claiming to do this work and then disapearing again. So this is why your "simple request" hacked me off and led to my initial reaction. No idea if you are able to understand that. If you are now around here to do this work, you are welcome. Jags roster question
Where did you see that Kevin Rutland was waived/injured and not just released? I can't remember him being injured and I can't find anything that says other than released. I'm also curious so I can find out things like that in the future. ~ Richmond96 T • C 23:34, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
- Initially saw it on nflmedia.com but it's also available now at NFL.com. Just keep an eye on the transactions there. Unlike in the past those are accurate this year, emulating the league's official transaction wire. Armchair QB (talk) 09:32, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

I take it off because the 49ers official site does not have an allocated number for him. I don't doubt there are other sources. Where are you getting your official source? Thanks. Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to 2007 Cincinnati Bengals season may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
