I have condensed and structured the article logically and according to Wikipedia's policies. I have included all of the relevant information you have provided. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, the majority of your additions to Chelsea Lately are colloquial and un-sourced.

In the future, please provide a valid reason before reverting edits without cause. This does not include "put[ting] back all te (sic) hard work i have made."

It may be useful for you to read this article before continuing to contribute. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.238.124.91 (talk) 05:45, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Ford Interceptor, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Vossanova o< 14:49, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

iCarly

[edit]

Please stop readding the information to the article's introduction. It is mostly fluff that doesn't belong in the lead, and some of it is unsourced or doesn't support what is being said. Ophois (talk) 04:37, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The videos weren't taken off the internet, though. They are still available. Besides, half of the stuff you keep adding back is unsourced, so it must be removed by wikipedia policy. And doing a photo shoot for a new season is pretty irrelevant to the article. Ophois (talk) 04:48, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Retirement

[edit]

I do consider myself retired, but I am making gnomeish edits and keeping an eye on the articles I have made or updated on my watchlist. I haven't though done any updating since going into retirement. I know that isn't the definition of retirement, but I don't have anyone to take over watching the articles I watch yet. - NeutralHomerTalk21:46, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ford Interceptor

[edit]

Please stop bringing back the speculation in Ford Interceptor. I suggest reading the guideline "Wikipedia is not a crystal ball". The "speculation" section is just that - unfounded rumors. Anything with "possibly" in it should not even be considered for the page, otherwise you are just writing in what you think the truth should be. --Vossanova o< 13:38, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You copied my user page

[edit]

Why did you copy my user page, only changing my name? It just doesn't make sense. Please come up with your own content to describe yourself. --Vossanova o< 14:32, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, I see that various sections of your userpage are still unattributed copies of other users' userpages, even after you were warned about this a month ago at #Userpage. It appears that you selectively copied barnstars and personal, descriptive text from no less than five distinct users to create your userpage. This is a violation of those users' copyrights. I will be removing the improperly copied portions of your userpage. Please see Wikipedia:Copyrights#Re-use of text for information about properly reusing text created by others, and refrain from copying others' content without proper attribution. As Vossanova said above, you should come up with your own content to describe yourself; it is difficult to interpret this as anything other than deliberate misrepresentation. Maralia (talk) 03:27, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes indeed. Please explain yourself. Take for example this edit. It is easy to check that you have never contributed to any of the articles you listed, so what is the point of publishing such a blatant lie? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 01:44, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Summaries

[edit]

I have recently reviewed the edit history for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. It appears that you and Anesleyp are "fighting" (or conflict resolving) through the use of edit summaries. Conflicts between two users, even when pertaining to edit conflicts, should not be discussed in the edit summaries. If you do have an editing conflict, do so on the articles talk page. It even states right here to...

Avoid using edit summaries to carry on debates or negotiation over the content or to express opinions of the other users involved. This creates an atmosphere where the only way to carry on discussion is to revert other editors! If you notice this happening, start a section on the talk page and place your comments there. This keeps discussions and debates away from the article page itself.

If you do have an editing conflict, do so on the article's talk page. And, if you so choose, notify the User, whom you are in conflict with, that you are discussing the matter on the article's talk page. But don't use the edit summary box as a way to discuss something between two users. THAT'S WHY THEY MADE USER TALK PAGES. GO FIGURE!!! ⊥m93 talk. 00:59, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  1. I have in fact notified the other user.
  2. It is a standard practice for talk messages to be grouped together. What I mean by this is... If a message was left on your user talk page, reply there. If you left a message on my talk page, I will reply there. It keeps things organized. But I started this message here, so let's keep it here; for I am watching it.
  3. I'm glad you actually asked me how to do something from my pages, rather than just take it like you have in the past; something I've asked another admin about. This admin may or may not do anything about it; it's up to him.

How To Use Same Status Box:
1. Create a new page in your userspace. Create it as User:Anesleyp/StatusTemplate

2. Copy this to that page:

'''<div style="border: 1px solid black; background: white; float: right; position: relative; top: -30px; padding: 5px"> User:Aneslyp is [[User:Anesleyp/Status|currently]]: {{ #switch: {{{1}}} | in=<span style="color: green;">ONLINE</span> | busy=<span style="color: orange;">ONLINE BUT WORKING | out=<span style="color: red;">OFFLINE</span> }} </div>'''

3. Create another page. User:Anesleyp/Status. On this page, place: {{User:Tm93/StatusTemplate|out}}. This is where you change your status. You can change it to in, busy, or out.

4. Then place the following wherever you want to place it. {{User:Anesleyp/Status}}

  • To change the status click the link that says currently and edit the page.

Also. I was very tired while typing this, so I have made mistakes. Just a little tip for in the future: instead of taking someone's work by copying it without permission or asking them how they did some cool editing thing to add to your page, try using wikipedia's search. It is how you will find almost anything you're looking for... if you look hard enough. ⊥m93 talk. 02:01, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Transformers trilogy

[edit]

In case you're not aware of it (despite me having notified you in the edit summary), I have started a discussion here to resolve this issue you're having with my statement about Transformers being a trilogy. --uKER (talk) 12:40, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Warring and Warning

[edit]

Two things: First, your reason of "im right" is not enough to go undoing a user's edits. Unfortunately, you do not work for Michael Bay, and because of this you are not privvy to such information such as the existence, or lack of, a fourth movie in the series. Secondly, your warning of a user for reverting your baseless information is also out of line, and abuses rules of Wikipedia, Keeping a Cool Head, and Discussing the issue in the talk page rather than the edit summaries. Please stop reverting the edit. Gpia7r (talk) 14:59, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edit war

[edit]

Hello. You appear to be involved in an edit war on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. While the three-revert rule is hard and fast, please be aware that you can be blocked for edit warring without making 3 reverts to an article in 24 hours. You are not entitled to 3 reverts and are expected to cooperatively engage other editors on talk pages rather than reverting their edits. Note that posting your thoughts on the talk page alone is not a license to continue reverting. You must reach consensus. Continued edit warring may cause you to be blocked. Toddst1 (talk) 20:48, 18 June 2009 (UTC) Toddst1 (talk) 15:59, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Um... dude. look at the edit history (here). He hasn't done but maybe one edit on that current history list. If he/she has and it's was so long ago that it's on the next page of the edit history log... well you should have notified them earlier. But if in fact I am wrong, and you have (BUT IT WAS SO FAR BACK THE HISTORY LOG DOES'NT CONTAIN IT ON THE FIRST PAGE); just remember that you're not supposed to revert an article 3 times within 24 hours. If you disagree with the content, you're supposed to place the appropriate tag and then discuss it on the talk page. ⊥m93 talk. 22:38, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What? I don't know about you, but I see four edits by Anesleyp in the first page dated October 12, 11, 8 and 3. It's nowhere near violating the 3RR either, but it's not like he hasn't been there. --uKER (talk) 23:43, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a three EDIT rule. It's a three REVERT rule. ⊥m93 talk. 23:45, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And my bad. he has made edits. But two things. One its only within a 24 hour time period. Two it's a REVERT rule not EDIT rule. ⊥m93 talk. 23:48, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Untruth

[edit]

Until you purge your user page of inaccuracies and untruth, I shall continue to revert it. Why do you claim to have edited Conrad Hughes Hilton? Why have you put yourself in a bunch of categories and piped them to T-dot? What is your connection with Kansas, Michigan or Ohio? STILL!...

[edit]

Ok. I was looking through your stuff on your page. I just don't know where to begin. I guess we'll start here and here. You say that

"I haved learned by better users that I shouldn't copyright others userpages."

But I look through your userpage and there are just several things that don't add up.

  1. You have the userbox {{User wikipedia/rollback}} on your page. Well guess what... you haven't been granted roll back rights. If you did (on the list) your name would appear like these people. But instead your name appears like this. Notice a difference? No? Lemme help you out... it doesn't say (rollbacker) next to your name. A rollbacker is a user that has been granted roll back rights. And from the looks of it you haven't been granted roll back status.
  2. {{User contrib|7000|T-dot}} Hmm... let's see... I believe it says 184 total. So where are the other 6816 contributions? Hmm... and 75 of those (approx. 41%) are "contributions" to your OWN userpage (excluding the 5 that are still in your namespace). But quantity doesn't matter. What matters most is that you are falsely advertising your number of edits. The one userbox that says +131 (think that's what it says) is correct because obviously 184 is more than 131, but 184 ≠ 7000+. Sorry, but if you think 184 = 7000+ then you need to go back to kindergarten math.

Those are only two. Look. If you're going to say that you aren't copyrighting material on your userpage, then I would hope you THOROUGHLY check your page BEFORE you say that kind of stuff. I'm not getting "on your case"; just trying to help you out. ⊥m93 talk. 02:00, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, you will be blocked from editing. The article cites a source for Transformers being a trilogy, so unless you have a source that says otherwise, the third movie is the final one in the trilogy.

"Do you know how to leave your signature. If not you are not a proper wikipedian.I suggest you should refer to more wikipedia pages other than Transformers revenge of the fallen."

As you can see from tons of other messages from UKER, he/she in fact does know how to sign messages. But I mean come on!!! You're wasting good edits. No need to be nagging on UKER because her didn't sign a message... BIG WHOOP! There is something that looks exactly like this:

—Preceding unsigned comment added by Anesleyp (talkcontribs) 01:49, 9 October 2009 (UTC) [reply]

You can see this here as by one of your edits. OH and look!!!! You didn't sign here either! You're no better.

"P.S. are you a administrator if not you will not be able to block me from editing."

I believe you are referring to this? Ok. It is true that HE/SHE cannot block you, but he/she sure as heck can bring you to an admin's attention... oh and an admin CAN block you.

"P.S. are you a administrator"

From now on you need to check this list. It is a list of EVERY admin.

Seriously man. From now on, quit nagging UKER. It seems that no matter what you're always in a dispute with them. If you have another issue about Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen don't be clouding up their talk page with junk that needs to be put on the talk page instead. You really need to be focused on expanding WP rather than keeping other users in-line.

And just to make you happy... I'm going to sign my message. Are you ready? Here it goes.

⊥m93 talk. 05:52, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Nobody cares HOW many edits you have. Quantity doesn't matter, it's quality. And I'm not nagging you per se. I'm trying to help you out. That is anther wiki thing we do here; we help each other out. Whether informally or formally, we do. And it doesn't matter how much space I take up. It's a talk page. What does that mean...? Hmm let's think.... TO TALK! And just because I provide a useful link to help you check to see if they are an admin doesn't mean I'm calling you stupid. And in the future please refrain from using such language in your messages. We're trying to be polite not rude here on WP. ⊥m93 talk. 00:27, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of Chelsea Lately episodes

[edit]

Because Chelsea Lately is a talk show and not a show with a story and plot like Glee or The Office, a list of episodes is not needed and unpractical. Plus, even if you only list the guest for each episode, older episodes didn't always have guests and the information would be borderline impossible to find. Sorry for my lack of support, but the page probably would be deleted anyway making all the work put into it all for naught. -Skyler 03:46, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't do canvassing and since it's a daily talk show, we don't need an article listing every episode of the series, so I would not support it (and have asked for deletion on "List of talk show episodes" articles in the past). Sorry. Nate (chatter) 03:49, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:ChelseaLatelyJaniseDickison.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:ChelseaLatelyJaniseDickison.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

Chelsea Lately

[edit]

Is there a particular reason you are mass reverting the changes I made to this article? I explained my changes on the talk page and even provided details as to what I removed and why. You are adding back poorly written, repeated and misspelled content (not to mention a number a dead links) for absolutely no reason. If you and that IP user don't start explaining your edits, I will request that the page be locked. A cursory glance at the history of the article shows that you both revert whomever edits the article for no reason no matter what kind of changes are made. That is unacceptable behavior. If you have an issue, take it to the talk page as I suggested in my last edit summary. Pinkadelica 06:25, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I specifically asked you to take your concerns to the talk page instead of edit warring and instead, you blindly revert. There were other constructive changes made to the article that you did not have to revert. Is there a reason you felt that all the changes I made don't belong? Additionally, you did not remove any of the dead links and you added back loads of content that does not need to be there. The article does not need two different sections about the co-host Chuy Bravo. The article also does not need a detailed account of what the official website has to offer. Not that it matters but I watch the show regularly which means I know original research when I see it. As I stated previously, I've looked at the history of the article and it's apparent that any time anyone makes any changes, you or the IP revert. Whether you like it or not, other people are allowed to edit and change this article. If you don't like it, I suggest you don't edit Wikipedia. Pinkadelica 01:38, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Any further communication about the article should be made via the article's talk page. I'm opening an RfC because I'm not going to edit war with you over this nonsense. Pinkadelica 01:55, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I've no idea what your problem is but edits like this are disruptive. Removing the tag is not going to stop the RfC. Pinkadelica 23:22, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

3RR notice

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kesha. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. It is also inappropriate to reinstate a mix of sourced and unsourced claims to a BLP with an edit summary falsely asserting that all claims are sourced. 3RR notice filed

Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Anesleyp reported by User:Hullaballoo Wolfowitz Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 02:59, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your behavior on the Kesha article is very close to earning you a block. It would be good if you answer the 3RR complaint (at the above link) and promise to stop warring on this article. If you will agree to abide by consensus, the complaint might be closed without further action. If a block is issued, it might be for two weeks, since you were blocked for one week in January. EdJohnston (talk) 04:12, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The result of the 3RR complaint is here. The Kesha article has been protected from editing for one week due to the edit war. Please use the talk page to persuade other editors to support your changes, instead of taking action unilaterally. If you do not abide by consensus, you may be blocked. EdJohnston (talk) 06:05, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello, i noticed you uploaded a new image to Kesha. Just to let you know i have reverted your edit. I did this because the image you changed it to is an image i uploaded, im waiting for wiki to confirm my licensing on the the image, so until its confirmed, its not allowed to be used in an article to comply with copyrighting laws. Non-free content and portals

[edit]

Please be aware that the use of non-free content in portals, such as Portal:Kesha and subsidiary pages, is not permitted per terms of WP:NFCC #9. Non-free content may only be used in mainspace articles. I've removed non-free content from a host of pages you created and/or updated, such as Portal:Kesha/Selected song/1 where I removed File:Kesha love is my drug new.jpg. When you look at an image description page, if you see a sign such as this one:

it means it is non-free and can not be used outside of articles. Please do not place such content on portals. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 15:47, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Invite to the African Destubathon

[edit]

Hi. You may be interested in participating in the African Destubathon which starts on October 15. Africa currently has over 37,000 stubs and badly needs a quality improvement editathon/contest to flesh out basic stubs. There are proposed substantial prizes to give to editors who do the most articles, and planned smaller prizes for doing to most destubs for each of the 53 African countries, so should be enjoyable! So it would be a good chance to win something for improving stubs on African sportspeople, including footballers, athletes, Olympians and Paralympians etc, particularly female ones, but also male. Even if contests aren't your thing we would be grateful if you could consider destubbing a few African articles during the drive to help the cause and help reduce the massive 37,000 + stub count, of which many are rated high importance (think Regions of countries etc). If you're interested in competing or just loosely contributing a few expanded articles on African Paralympians, Olympians and committees etc, please add your name to the Contestants/participants section. Diversity of work from a lot of people will make this that bit more special. Thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:13, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
