Joe Paul Bence is an Indian footballer who currently plays for Air India F.C.. He started his youth career with Kenkre F.C. and was later promoted to the senior team. He played the I-League 2nd Division and the MDFA Elite Division with them. He was also part of the first edition of 2016 Premier Futsal season where he represented Mumbai 5's which won the Championship.He is currently playing for Air India F.C. and has won the Nadkarni Cup with them in the year 2019.
