Cloud storage
[edit]Data storage is carried out in a secure Cloud4Y cloud in Russia. Security is provided by 256-bit encryption, data is transported using the secure https protocol over the TLS cryptographic protocol. The Cloud4Y platform is ISO27001 (ISO/IEC 27001:2005.) certified.
Key Benefits
[edit]- Offline mode (you can manage tasks even without internet connection)
- Support for major time management systems: Autofocus , Superfocus, Pomodoro Technique , Do It Tomorrow, Stephen Covey System , Brian Tracy System, etc.
- Anti-forgetting mechanism. It allows you not to forget about overdue tasks. The mechanism moves them to the list of tasks for today
- Data (tasks, notes, projects…) is stored in the cloud in encrypted form
- The ability to visually highlight tasks (coloring in an arbitrary color)
- The ability to split tasks into subtasks without limiting the nesting depth. Subtasks can also be broken down into even smaller tasks.
Offline mode
[edit]LeaderTask allows you to access data (tasks, assignments, projects, etc.) even when there is no Internet. When disconnected from the Internet, you can perform any action: create tasks, attach files to them, create projects, etc. After the Internet appears, LeaderTask will automatically send new and changed data to the cloud. The information will then be instantly delivered to the right employees. For example, tasks assigned during the absence of the Internet will be sent to the appropriate performers.
