III-V compounds refer to alloys of group III and group V elements in Mendeleiev periodic table, such as GaAs, InAs, GaN, GaSb, AlN or ternary alloys such as InGaAs, AlGaAs, (see also: Template:III-V compounds for a overview of possible materials).
