I've marked this entry for deletion. This book is not eminent in any way. Nor is it by George Ellis the cosmologist. It is written by another George Ellis. Sorry, I don't have a Wiki account at the moment, and I don't have time to complete steps 2 & 3 of the deletion request just now.
