Merge

[edit]

the Ilısu Dam Campaign is nothing but a group that aims to prevent the construction of the Ilısu Dam, it will expand the Ilısu Dam article however anyone reading this without reading about the dam itself will be at best confused, a large number of statements here only is a duplicate of the Ilısu Dam page. Hence a merge is only logical --Cool CatTalk|@ 12:50, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

First-off, this is not a revert. Secondly, a link to Ilısu Dam is offered in the first sentence and readers are free to view that article, too. These articles should be expanded, not merged. You have a History of POV editing (see also), so you should tread carefully on subjects you have been found to be biased on. — Davenbelle 03:16, 24 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This article is a stub and would be a complete article if merged to the project it opposes. At the very least the person should know something about the dam to read about groups opposing it, else its just pov pushing. --Cool CatTalk|@ 22:10, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure if anyone is looking at this, but this article is not about a campaign, but about the Ilisu dam itself. Thus, in my view, the article should be merged into the article about the Ilisu dam.--Mschiffler (talk) 22:45, 31 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
