Henderson also listed Halstad, MN, as his birthplace and his birth date as Jan. 27, 1918, on the birth certificate of his daughter, Heidi Maria Henderson, born Aug 6, 1962, in Burlington VT. The certificate listed his name as "Skitch Lyle Henderson," gave his residence as "New York, New York," and his occupation as "Musical Director & conductor." His wife was listed as Ruth Einsiedel, born in Plauen, Germany.

The number replaced was a later reissue of MG 40006, which was the original 1953 release.
