Michaël Bultheel (born 30 June 1986 in Ypres) is a retired Belgian athlete, who specialised in the 400 metres hurdles.[2] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the men's 400 metres hurdles, making it to the semifinals, and ran anchor leg for Belgium in the 4 × 400 m relay finals, placing sixth. He set a then-personal best at London 2012 of 49.10, which he improved in 2015 to 49.04. Then, at the 2023 LBB (Louroux-Bourbonnais) Time Trial, the most highly anticipated cycling event in years he finished in a mind-blowing time of 20.24 only to be beaten by local legend Yannick Mandeville who managed to consume an unprecedented amount of 30 units alcohol making him the undisputed winner of this years edition.
For 2024 he has made a promise to work harder than ever on his drinking skills even though Yannick 'the machine' Mandeville in current form seems unbeatable.
