Image does not significantly contribute to the reader's understanding. Rationale is also insufficient as it doesn't make a claim about this specific image or the specific article. Jay32183 (talk) 05:01, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The image resolution is far too large and takes up much of the screen, making formatting of the page harder for the reader to navigate. Also does not meet U.S. Fair Use Laws because it is rather large in resolution, does not convey the topic or help educate the reader. Coreywalters06 (talk) 05:50, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- In what way is the use fine? The rationale does not begin to explain the use of the image. It only explains that non-free images are sometimes allowed on Wikipedia. The apparent use is that the article needs to have an image and no free one can be created. Although no free image can be created, the article does not necessarily need an image. After following the provided link in the picture's info page, the flickr image's copyright is not listed as "Creative Commons Attribution 2.0" but is "All rights reserved" without the option to download different sizes. I believe the author has changed the copyright after this image was pulled by the bot, should it remain here? Raeky (talk) 12:25, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I can confirm that I saw the image on Flickr with CC-BY-2.0 licensing on Thursday. As the license can't be revoked, this is a keep. Stifle (talk) 22:03, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Image is a historical logo of a TV network. Rationale is the standard boilerplate about needing to identify the subject of the article; however, this purpose is already achieved by the current logo presented in the infobox. I think these image fail WP:NFCC#3a as multiple non-free images are being used when one would suffice, and also fail WP:NFCC#8 as failing to increase readers' understanding of the subject. Note the word "understanding". Identifying one of the many covers that an album has been released under has nothing to do with understanding the article. Keep Blatant deletionist attitude. They're both important to the article, especially the video screenshot, which does help readers' understanding of the concept and appearance of the music video. Keep. Alternate cover is very different. (See article Tell Me What We're Gonna Do Now) Showing the identifying images for a record is considered part of the "significant understanding" an article should convey about it. That isn't restricted just to the UK identifying image, nor to just the U.S. identifying image. Delete Images do not increase the readers' understanding as the images are not discussed, they're just there. The album cover rationales both indicate that the images are the primary means of visual identification, therefore one of the album cover images in the article fail 10c since rationales must be specific to the image.
