The result was delete. It seems like of the accessible sources, none of them establishes notability. The offline source provided by Piotrus may or may not provide notability, we can't tell because we don't have access to it. Thus delete, although if someone can verify that the source mentioned by Piotrus is indeed adequate this probably will merit revisiting. Obviously a self-promotion article. All external sources written in a similar, widely exaggerated manner, which details all possible achievements indiscriminately, while still hardly reaching the threshold for notability; his main project doesn't even have its own Polish-language article, session appearances are disguised as regular activities, etc. Actually more active as a translator than a musician. • Comment The subject, at face value, does not appear noteworthy. However, I would be remiss to submit a vote without doing the proper research. Instead, I'll leave the subject's Polish Wikipedia page here, as it seems to use different references than its English counterpart, which may be helpful in coming to a consensus.— Preceding unsigned comment added by TheTechnician27 (talkcontribs) 05:13, May 29, 2019 (UTC)
    • Three out of four references serve to underline random flatteries instead of providing useful information, while the first one basically proves the degree of reaching that's taking place (no mention of him in the bio of the band he has purportedly "played with") throughout the article filled with weasel words and overblown statements. His "selected discography" is so poor it actually looks comprehensive, and the novels he has translated are all low-tier. He's basically a regular translator with a niche, who also happens to be a jazz drummer that has occasionnally performed with some bigger names. Also his website, "a collaboration with over 50 international entities" (whatever that means), doesn't even work. I'm not saying he cannot be proud of his cultural input, but this is far too little for an encyclopedic entry; especially when it looks like a poorly written cover letter. • Having looked into it now, I agree. Since you seem to be a native Polish speaker, perhaps you should consider nominating the Polish article for deletion as well, or even just using a PROD. TheTechnician27 (talk) 18:10, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
        • I'd love to, but getting anything done on Polish Wikipedia is strenuous and I just don't feel comfortable enough there. They're great at policing you, but rarely anyone gives a shite when you actually have a question or something to discuss.
          It's Polish Wikipedia after all. Dziewięćsił (talk) 07:58, 6 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep. I find WP:NMUSIC too arcane to figure out if he has the required albums or such. But pl wiki references his bio with this book, which calls itself, roughly, an Encyclopedia of Music in Krakow, and is published by a publishing house affiliated with the reliable Jagiellonian University. So it meets my test for 'a topic that has an article in another encyclopedia'. Well, I am AGF that the subject is covered in this offline source in more than just a passing sentence or two. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:05, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Now that I've sat down and reviewed the article, I agree that it should be deleted based on Dziewięćsił's points, and I would further note that it fails to meet WP:NMUSIC. I would go as far as to say that Polish editors may want to nominate the article's pl.wikipedia counterpart I linked above to be considered for deletion. • Delete; the only other two pages edited[citation needed] by the creator were specifically for the sake of this page alone, and the apocryphal creation comment of this page is "Creation of the article. All the information, links and references have been given if not stated otherwise by Aleksander Glondys. The article is still to be worked upon.". -- Shyam Has Your Anomaly Mitigated (talk) 08:44, 5 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
