- Keep - It was a mess of a page that didn't even qualify as an article. I just did some clean-up and added content based on this source. I would've waited more than 3 minutes to AfD an article of a post-secondary institution. [1]. Post-secondary institutions are considered notable by the community. I would consider a merge to Obafemi Awolowo University for which this college is a part of. --Oakshade (talk) 05:41, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and mentor. It is nice to see efforts to get valid content into Wikipedia from places where Internet access can be tough to get. The page can surely use some work, so this is a good chance to contact the (probably Nigerian, probably newbie) person who created the page, and coach them through the process.
