Nidra naik
[edit]Nidra Naik is an Indian writer of English and was born and brought up at Cuttack, Odisha. She is the author of the book "The Bhubaneswar Times," an English romantic novel, published in 2013 in India. The Bhubaneswar Times happens to be her maiden book and is published by Leadstart Publishing Ltd, Mumbai. She is an avid blogger and maintains her calm by trying out different directions of creative writing. Her father, Swaroop Naik and mother, Niharika Naik both having made it to their outstanding artistic roles in the Oriya film industry, she was not left behind in weaving dreams of creativity! Being matriculated at New Stewart School, Cuttack and graduated as Bcom (Hons) student from Ravenshaw College, she wanted journalism to be her morning cup of tea but instead ended up studying MBA at Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, IILM, New Delhi. The book has received critical as well as encouraging reviews by leading media houses. She believes it is just the beginning of her peaceful desire that will end by satisfying and nurturing her as a person.
