License tagging for Image:CellPhoneWeirdScreen1.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:CellPhoneWeirdScreen1.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:04, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
unhelpful tagging
[edit]hi. was it really necessary to add all those "unref" and "fact" tags? it appears that you did so completely at random, and considering that some of the pages tagged are referenced, and that you made no helpful comments at all, I would consider it vandalism. please don't do it again. if you have specific questions, you would do better to ask them on the Talk pages. thanks. bikeable (talk) 04:06, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Same here (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cruz_del_Eje&curid=3190016&diff=56252833&oldid=47298916). —Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 13:46, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Please discontinue the excessive use of "unref" tags. Regarding these edits; A statement such as North Korea is on the northern portion of the Korean Peninsula that extends 1,100 kilometres (685 mi) from the Asian mainland certainly does not need a "fact" tag. 22:13, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
Your Junji Ito revision as of 2006-06-01 03:05:13 You tagged as "unreferenced" the statement that "Junji Ito is an author of horror manga," though most of the entry consists of a list of his horror works. While adding this pointless tag, you managed to strip the unicode from the entire entry, rendering all Japanese titles to a series of question marks. Please refrain from these unecessary tags, and be more cautious in dealing with entries that use extended character sets. Bustter 19:42, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
Non-public schools
[edit]The idea of placing a list of "non public schools" in an article about a public school district is a bad idea. That belongs in the city article. WhisperToMe 22:55, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
Suspicious tagging
[edit]You appear to be inserting {{unreferenced}} and {{fact}} tags at random. Your quest is noble, but appears misguided. There is very little debate that breathing ceases and the heartbeat stops when death occurs [1] or that land became state owned in the USSR [2]. This may be considered vandalism and you may be blocked, so please stop.
