It is suggested that more citation be added and some parts edited that the article may not be based on opinions but on facts. It is also suggested that some parts of this article be edited to prove unbiased and neutral. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.54.66.146 (talk) 10:41, 20 August 2011 (UTC) Link to reference 10 is not active.
10/7/2011. COMMENT: Please excuse me User Dmaestoso and User Nameless. I appreciate your predicament. But please straighten out your imagination. The ARMM is just a very small fraction of the entire territory of Mindanao, Sulu, and Palawan (MinSuPala). Muslims compose less than 30 percent of the MNLF members. Now, what is the knowledgeable basis of your suggestion that "qualified Wikipedian-who is either from Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao or is Muslim-should be able to give fair and impartial editing on this scope"? The information herein are facts and accurate at the time of writing. The problem with this article right now is that some references were "systematically" shut down by nobody knows who. Somebody did not like the continuous publicity of the following references: (1) Philippines as 2nd least attractive investment portfolio in ASEAN, The Manila Times, March 2011; (2) Some in AFP, PNP like Roman soldiers: Brutal torturers; and (3) AFP Torture Training. My Name is John Petalcorin, Director for Advocacy Communication of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF). — Preceding unsigned comment added by Petalcorin (talk) 06:50, 16 May 2014 (UTC)Petalcorin (talk • contribs) 01:21, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
Even if there are various legitimate sources in this article, you can still see with the tones of the article that it's very much biased. e.g. "The MNLF struggled against the Philippine Government (GPH) to achieve independence," is linked to a speech made by Mr. Nur Misuari -- There are various websites that are written by third party journalists we can find thru search engines, like this one. At least we know that the MNLF is struggling against the Philippine government due to the issues in the country, especially in Mindanao -- considering the corruption of the government officials, poverty and such, still it's written in a neutral tone (you can even still see that the writer has his sympathy towards the Bangsamoro people). There's no problem with an MNLF member or a loyalist of the Philippine government, or even a third party observant to write or complete the article, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way, Mr. Petalcorin; but please remember that this isn't the propaganda website of MNLF or the Philippine government. :)
Try taking it in an opposite way (below is only an example); both statements are similar but one looks more biased:
- The Philippine government is actively in campaign to put down all MNLF members due to the latter's opposing ideas.
- The Philippine government and the MNLF are currently in a dispute due to opposing ideas.

COI issue
[edit]A major contributor of this article is User:Petalcorin, who is politically affiliated with the MNLP and Director for Advocacy of the MFLP (according to his own userpage). I am not familiar with the full handling of WP:COI issues, but a check of this article might be necessary. 62.107.193.64 (talk) 23:04, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
A further issue is that own userpage is self-citing the blog he runs as "Director for Advocacy of the MNLF" - so the source of info for most of this article is suspect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.26.198.126 (talk) 08:19, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

COLONEL GADDAFI'S shadowy international revolutionary organisation Mathaba, established in the Libyan capital of Tripoli and dispensing funds to liberation movements around the world, is run by a most unlikely radical. Tunku Mohammed Hassan di Tiro, a Sumatran prince, fervent Muslim and bitter opponent of Indonesia, is the chairman of Mathaba's political committee.... Hassan di Tiro himself makes the crucial decisions, and runs a personal network of contacts with the liberation movement leaders Libya supports, among them Jacob Prai of the OPM (Free Papua Movement) of West Papua and Yann Ce- tene Uregei of New Caledonia's Kanak radical faction,
