The easy answer is to say look at [[WP:RfA]], which is valid, and i could say look at the histories and editing skills of the editors surrently applying. In brief though, to actually answer your question; *you need to have produced enogh edits to show that you know how to do it - normally 3,000 or more. OK *you need to have been here and editing for a reasonable time, perhaps 3-6 months. OK *you need to have a good range of edits in admin-related topics, which are [[WP:AfD]], [[WP:CSD]], [[WP:UAA]], [[WP:RfA]], [[WP:ANI]] etc. I do not see those as yet. *you need to have at least a respectable number of edits in the Wikipedia and Wiki-talk areas. Not there yet. *you need to have no recent evidence of anti-social wiki-behaviour, and ideally do not have any recent blocks. *when you have all these, then you either self-nominate, which is acceptable, or wait for someone else to nominate you. Please do not canvass, it is a serious downcheck. You do have a vast number of created articles which have been deleted as being non-notable. Many of you will have spotted a BOT tagging references with the {{tl|Dead link}} template. The template is added when the external link in a reference is detected as being inaccessible or is a redirect to the main page of the site. You should '''not remove''' references that are marked as dead unless you are replacing the reference with a new reference. The information in the reference may be useful to someone trying to locate a valid reference for the text. In order to help this process, when adding references in the first place, add as much detail as possible. It is easier to put in the detail while the reference is in front of you rather than waste someone else's time having to fill in the detail. If you want more detail then see [[Wikipedia:Link rot]]. Some passed the review while others did not, but even a try moves an article forward. The BOT owner has left and has not released the source of the BOT for someone to pick-up. The last run of this BOT was in March of this year. I saw that in heavily watched articles it was removed immediately, like [[Paul McCartney]] and [[John Lennon]] by other editors. So I removed it from some others. It's not important enough to mention in the infobox, and if it is important enough it should be next to the name. Not a seperate line at the top of the infobox which makes the whole infobox even longer. Besides, it already is mentioned in the lead of the article.
