The Dolakha-Sindhupalchwok ropeway is an ropeway conveyor connecting the talc mine at Kharidhungha[1] with the processing plant at Lamosanghu in Nepal. It is one of the longest ropeways in Nepal, crossing two districts: Sindhupalchok and Dolakha. The talc plant used to be 3rd largest talc plant in South Asia.[citation needed]

For carrying talc from the place Kharidhungha to lamosanghu rope-way was the best option at that time, which was faster means and the measurement of this ropeway is 10.30 km long. Dolakha-sindhupalchok Rope-way[2] was used to carry tons of Talc stones during 90's. Currently not in operation due to payment issue of electricity bills. Places that are touched by this massive ropeway: kharidhunga, tauthali, tekanpur and lamosangu.
