Plot

Season 1

Mallika, a powerful and evil enchantress, plans to take over the world. Her servant Hassan, tricks her but then turns into a Genie and gets trapped in a lamp.

500 years later, a boy named Aladdin is born in Baghdad. He is a kind-hearted lad. He is tasked by the evil Grand Vizier of Bagdad, Zafar, to find the lamp in exchange for 10,000 gold coins, but gets trapped in a cave. He rubs the lamp and becomes the master of the Genie of The Lamp. He names the Genie as Ginu. Zafar tries to steal the lamp from Aladdin but fails.

Aladdin loves Princess Yasmine of Baghdad. He meets her many times but doesn't know that she is a princess. He gradually develops a friendship with her and later the two fall in love.

Zafar finds the Genie Of The Ring and with his help, he finds Ginu and turns him evil. He makes Aladdin fall into his trap by framing him to have killed the Sultan i.e. Yasmine's father. This breaks Yasmine's heart. Zafar betrays Genie Of The Ring. Aladdin is buried alive by Yasmine.

Season 2

A year later, Aladdin is shown to still be alive. He finds Genie Of The Ring and discovers what Zafar did to him. He decides to get revenge. It is revealed that his father Omar saved him before being killed. He takes up the name Ali and he and his genie go to find a treasure.

Yasmine has become cold-hearted and declares that she will rule Baghdad. Zafar, who doesn't want that to happen, turns her into a parrot with the help of Ginu.

Ali finds two genies - Jinee Minee and Chand Changezi along with the treasure using his wit. He returns to Baghdad. Zafar tests him to find out if he is Aladdin. Once it Chand Changezi helps Ali to prove that he is not Aladdin, Zafar befriends him. Ali cures Yasmine but she orders him to leave.

Zafar invites Ali back to Baghdad due to his greed. Yasmine is enraged but befriends Ali as part of her plan. Ali meets his uncle and reveals his truth. Meanwhile, Jinee Minee falls in love with Ginu.

Ali learns of Zafar's plans to take over the world through dark magic and sacrifice Yasmine. He begins to haunt Zafar as Aladdin's ghost. Yasmine meets Aladdin's ghost and he declares that he will prove his innocence in five days. Aladdin's ghost records Zafar accepting his crimes in a magical ring.

His plan flops as Zafar edited all the recordings in the Ring by Ginu. Rukhsar taunts Aladdin. He is discouraged. Gulbadan saves him and decides to help after Ginu attacks him. This encourages him. Ali makes a new plan. Yasmine hears Zafar confessing his crimes.
