Malignant Man is a 2011 graphic novel by James Wan.

Film adaptation

In June 2014, 20th Century Fox acquired the rights to the graphic novel. According to reports, Wan will develop the concept with a view to directing and producing the film. As of the time of the announcement, comic book label BOOM! Studios is slated for a production role alongside co-producers Stephen Christy, Ross Richie and Adam Yoelin.[1][2] In June 2016, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Brad Peyton will direct the film.[3]
