Prahlad Singh Patel is Member of Parliament of Damoh Loksabha Constituency in Madhya Pradesh & He is a former union minister of state of India. He was minister of state for coal in Third Vajpayee Ministry. He was elected to Lok Sabha from Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh in 1999 on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket. He was born in 1960 in Narsinghpur and is an advocate by profession. His Younger Brother Jalam Singh Patel is MLA of Narsinghpur.
Previously he was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Seoni seat. He Is also the National President of "Asanghatit majdur sangh".
