I find discussion threads that ping-pong between user_talk pages hopelessly difficult to read. Since you had taken me task over deleting the stuff from core-periphery, I was drawing your attention to it having been posted as a stand alone article. And see what happened to it. I have not reverted your deletion from this artricle, but please note that a "neighborhood" has no official status in New York City, and the list used by the Department of City Planning is just that, a list. Neighborhoods (and their boundaries) change constantly, and they are defined not by the city or its agencies but by common usage. BMK (talk) 19:00, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
