Alaviyya Babayeva ( Full name: Alaviyya Babayeva Hanifa kizi) (born 12 August 1921 in Baku, Azerbaijan) is a prose-writer, translator of contemporary Russian literature, publicist, Honoured Art Worker, and President grand- pensioner. In her creation the human being and his position in society, the fate of the people were reflected in real colors.[1]

Early life and education

She graduated from University of Azerbaijan. She began literary activity in 1936 with a story named “Two lives” published in "Literature Newspaper.[1]
