The three articles: List of Sacramento writers, List of Sacramento sports figures, and List of Sacramento entertainers are excessive, especially when New York and San Francisco only have one article (List of people from New York City and List of people from San Francisco). The three articles have been merged into this one article, List of people from Sacramento.

If someone could help clean it up and organize it for accuracy with properly cited sources, that'd be appreciated. There is a lot of overlinking to the same article (i.e. PGA golfer) and unecessary linking.
And a lot of people listed twice too. They should only be listed once in this list. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cheezesatzu (talkcontribs) 23:34, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Again, the three artciles, one of which was restored by Sparafucil, were orphan articles with no links to them. They were reverted and merged into this one article again. The List of people from New York City also include non-native residents. Please stop vandalizing. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cheezesatzu (talkcontribs) 21:09, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
List of people from Chicago has the city association next to each person, so I added the city association (born, raised, resident, former resident, CSUS attendance, career originated, etc) in small parenthesis for an easier, cleaner read. If someone could help continue that with properly cited, valid sources, that'd be appreciated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cheezesatzu (talkcontribs) 00:16, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Also, if their association is with the actual city. If it's with the same county (i.e. Sasha Grey who was born and raised in North Highlands in Sac County, but attended Sac City College) or greater Sac area (Molly Ringwald who was born and raised in Roseville of Greater Sac), these should be noted to avoid inflation of notable resident claims.
