Tareelaroi Weir is a weir in northern New South Wales, Australia. It is located 20 kilometres east of the town of Moree and around 10 kilometres west of the village of Pallamallawa.

When full, Tareelaroi Weir holds 2,500 megalitres of water. It is used for the mitigation of water from the Gwydir River upstream, between the Gwydir River, which runs through the village of Yarraman and the Mehi River, downstream which runs through the town of Moree.[clarification needed] In times of major flooding, Tareelaroi Weir can be rendered useless as floodwater simply flows around it on the surrounding floodplain.[1]

Tareelaroi Weir is owned by State Water. The lake formed by Tareelaroi Weir is used for fishing and water-skiing.
