This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Super Ball (TM), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.freebase.com/view/en/super_ball. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 17:56, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Super Ball (TM) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Non Free Images in your User Space

Hey there PeterbrownDancin, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free files are not allowed in the user or talk-space. I removed some images that I found on User:PeterbrownDancin. In the future, please refrain from adding fair-use images to your user-space drafts or your talk page. See a log of images removed today here, shutoff the bot here and report errors here. Thank you, -- DASHBot (talk) 05:01, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Apology

Sorry about that [[1]], unintentional oversight. Gerardw (talk) 00:03, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your comments

RE: This RFC will end in rancor and acrimony. Perhaps the RFC will end when AARBCOM unilaterally shuts it down and quashes debate. Probably over half of those who took part here will be left with feelings of disgust and utter hopelessness. The predicted close result: Delete all 60,000 unreferenced BLPS at once, just as Mick MacAnee did. wow, and I thought I was pessimistic :) Who is Mick ManAnee? Thanks for your comments. Invitation

I note your bad mood (and I can relate) and the many articles you have created which have been deleted (I can also relate), you maybe interested in a group of editors who try to reference articles up for deletion:

WikiProject Article Rescue Squadron
WikiProject Article Rescue Squadron
Hello, PeterbrownDancin.
You have been invited to join the Article Rescue Squadron, a collaborative effort to rescue articles from deletion if they can be improved through regular editing.
For more information, please visit the project page, where you can >> join << and help rescue articles tagged for deletion and rescue. Okip (formerly Ikip) 22:18, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Thank you for your invitation. I would have joined but there are already too many members. How would you like to start up a newer, more aggressive, Squad of those squarely against this mass-deletionists. We can start it together.

out of curiosity what would you call this group? ;) The article body guard squad, the article- don't-fuck-with-me-I-know-karate-squad :) (J/K)
Stupid jokes aside...
Oh that will go over well. :) ARS already is attacked regularly, anything more one way would be deleted quickly. I am already in enough hot water regularly without turning up the temperature more. I actually want to change the name of ARS so it will fit in better and get attacked a little less.
I don't know how new you are here at wikipedia, but try to avoid the terms like "mass-deletionists" it makes normally bad tempered editors (and there are a lot) even more irritated.
Why would you not want to join a group were there is an existing structure, with hundreds of members? I often try to start projects from scratch and it is a daunting, daunting task. Our newsletter was something I started from scratch, and it was a royal pain.
I am glad that I found this group after 2 years here...long story, have to share it with you sometime. You are welcome to join, we need fresh ideas. Okip (formerly Ikip) 22:48, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the invitation to Wikipedia:Article Special Commandos I think my statement above:
ARS already is attacked regularly, anything more one way would be deleted quickly. I am already in enough hot water regularly without turning up the temperature more. I actually want to change the name of ARS so it will fit in better and get attacked a little less.
Is enough. I appreciate your enthusiasm, I truly do. But wikipedia is a website where vague consolatory terms, words, and phrases gain converts. Many editors want to deny that Deletionism and inclusionism in Wikipedia even exist, that we are all "wikipedians" first. These political editors are the editors who gain the most converts. Okip (formerly Ikip) 03:22, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Glad to see you joining

Nice to see your name again ;-)

RE: your comments

Very interesting, stark turn around, from rescue commando to deletion-motivation advocate. I have changed myself to support DGGs views, that no deadline to deletion is necessary. I want to take the positive approach, thus the contest and bots to motivate wikiprojects, without the animosity of deletion debates.

I am actually very surprised about your example. That article was lucky it got so much attention. What was its name?

Thanks for your help, motivation, and assistance. Okip BLP Contest 19:43, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

you are being discussed about this edit: [2] here: [3] Okip BLP Contest 19:46, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Article Special Commandos, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Article Special Commandos and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Wikipedia:Article Special Commandos during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Kevin (talk) 22:29, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

PeterbrownDancin, please save the paragraph off wiki if you wish, and add {{db-author}} to the page. I warned this was not the best idea, and that this would happen. Okip BLP Contest 02:52, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The name of the article is Martin Butora. Unsourced for over 5 years, but four sources found within 7 hours after being placed on AFD. PeterbrownDancin (talk) 19:47, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I refactored out that sentence. After finding out about the "breaching experiment" I am very concerned. My apologies. Okip BLP Contest 20:05, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

So, can I nominate you for administrator? I think you'd be a shoo-in. PeterbrownDancin (talk) 02:41, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you speaking in such urgent terms? And why are you accusing me of being a sockpuppet of Greg Kohs? PeterbrownDancin (talk) 02:58, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

who the hell is Greg Kohs? Peter, since the first time you messaged me, I have been uneasy and confused. Lets keep our discussion on your page please. Your messages and the drama surrounding you is distracting me. Okip BLP Contest 03:11, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
See, I just saved the article Salama al-Khufaji from deletion as an unreferenced BLP within 30 minutes. PeterbrownDancin (talk) 03:15, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Okip, please tone down your language about MZMcBride. You are a valuable voice with plenty of experience and you are needed to advocate against mass-deletion. Please don't let this thing with MZ become something the others can use to run you off the debate. This is for the greater good. PeterbrownDancin (talk) 06:41, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for the comments, please keep your comments here, I have watchlisted your page. Okip BLP Contest 06:48, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Strawman sockpuppet

Strawman socks: Creating a separate account to argue one side of an issue in a deliberately irrational or offensive fashion, to sway opinion to another side."

I knew all along, ever since you started soliciting me to start a more radical Article Rescue Squadron. I was just trying to contain your damage until you were exposed. Good riddance. Okip BLP Contest 07:21, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No you weren't. I believe you are suffering from delusions of grandeur. I have no need for a project with such insuffable nits running about. PeterbrownDancin (talk) 07:28, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can an admin please erase and protect this page, according to User:Wikidemon this editor may have been involved in "experimental breaches" of BLPs,[5] and his last edit was: "fuck off Ikip".[6] Okip BLP Contest 07:33, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
