General Info

David Palumbo is a professional illustrator. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

Artwork

As a freelance illustrator he has provided artwork for book covers, collectable card games, comic covers, album covers, film posters, magazine covers, advertisements, and film preproduction and his artwork has appeared in such publications as Spectrum, Heavy Metal, ImagineFX, and 2D Artist Magazine.

His client list includes Acclaim Entertainment, Black Library, Heavy Metal Magazine, Lucasfilm, Magic: The Gathering, Marvel Entertainment, Night Shade Books, Pyr Books, Riley Films, Science Fiction Book Club, Solaris Books, Upper Deck Entertainment, and Wizards of the Coast.

His fine art also shows in galleries in Philadelphia, NY, London, and Paris

Personal Life

David is the son of fantasy artist Julie Bell, and step son of fantasy artist Boris Vallejo. David lives in Philadelphia.
