City-Haus (also known as Selmi Hochhaus) is a 142-metre 44-story skyscraper in Frankfurt, Germany constructed from 1971 to 1974. A massive fire in August 1973 destroyed the 38th through 40 floors during the building's construction and delayed the building's completion by one year.

The building was receiving a new facade during 2007-2008.
