Michael Fraser (born 8 October 1983 in Inverness, Scotland) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Premier League side Motherwell.

He has been with Inverness since 2002. His first team breakthrough came when Mark Brown signed for Celtic in January 2007. Fraser made a memorable save in the 3-2 home win ocer Celtic FC. Fraser was first-choice at Inverness until he conceded five goals against Rangers on 1 November 2008, after which he was dropped in favour of Ryan Esson. Fraser signed a pre-contract with Motherwell on 19 January 2009, he will join the club in the summer.[1]. He made his Motherwell debut in the Europa League qualifying deafeat against Llanelli.
