Rosecrans Avenue is a major west-east thoroughfare in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. It has a total length of 27.5 miles (44.3 km)

Geography

Rosecrans Avenue begins at Euclid Street in Fullerton. It runs through cities like Fullerton, La Mirada, Norwalk, Bellflower, Paramount, Compton, Gardena, Lawndale, El Segundo and Manhattan Beach. Rosecrans ends at Ocean Drive in Manhattan Beach.

Transportation

Metro Local line 125 (between Manhattan Beach and Norwalk Station) and Norwalk Transit line 5 (east of Norwalk Station) operate on Rosecrans Avenue. The Harbor Transitway Station on Rosecrans is located above the Harbor Freeway. At Douglas Street, the Metro Green Line serves a station, the Rosecrans/Douglas station.
