- First, there is no proof that this artifact is not on display or that photography is not allowed in the hermitage museum, making this photo possibly replaceable. More importantly, this is surely not the only swan artifact in the whole world. I'm sure there are other artifacts that could be photographed and would serve the purpose of this photo in the article equally well. As such, this photo violates WP:NFCC1. - As for the ban on photography, it's quite clear [1]. Amateur (i. e. no SLR, no flash, no tripod ... ) photography is allowed upon purchase of a special ticket for each shot. - no source indicating actual copyright holder, no way to tell whether this image is actually PD (the most likely way it could be PD is if published before 1923, or if the creator died before 1946, but we don't know if either of these are true--he died 1951). - Keep. That is because it is almost impossible to tell who is the copyright holder. This image is widely-distributed on the internet, seen on news sites to official government publications. This image was taken around the time of his term of office (1910-20s) no later than that. You must remember the actual time of what we are talking about, with a revolution and civil war finding any such information is beyond our reach. Hi for some reason you deleted Yodit_Getahun.jpg ???
We own all rigths to the photo, as we produced and paid for the event and took all the photos.
It was illegally copied from our website: http://missethiopiaworld.tripod.com/id44.html and you have incorrectly said it belongs to someone else? Please explain how they come to own it? and providie your verifiable sources Thanks Miss ethiopia (talk) 19:53, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
