Desmond Frederick Carroll (Born 2 September 1938 at Ireland. Died 24 January 2002 at Victoria, British Columbia) was an Anglican priest.

He grew up in southern Ireland, where he attended Trinity_College_Dublin. He obtained degrees in English and Social Science before his training as an Anglican priest.

He later moved to Canada, serving in Castlegar and Vancouver, British Columbia. He ended his career as Dean of the Yukon, at Christ Church Cathedral, Anglican_Diocese_of_Yukon. He held the position for 17 years.

In [1992]], he received the 125th_Anniversary_of_the_Confederation_of_Canada_Medal for his explanatory work.
