Wolffian duct (also known as Archinephric Duct, Leydig's duct, and the mesonephric duct) is an organ in humans prior to birth. It carries urine from the kidney.

In a male, it develops into the vas deferens; in a female, into the epoophoron.

It is named after Kaspar Friedrich Wolff.
