Real Name
http://www.wrestlinginc.com/v2/wi/stc/nws/2006/9/10/19695.shtml LOOK: he real name of Cryme Tyme's JTG is Devon Driscoll. He is 21 years old and from Brooklyn, NY. He was just signed to a WWE developmental contract a few weeks ago, as he was in Ohio Valley Wrestling on his own for a few weeks. On the other hand, his tag team partner Shad Gaspard was in OVW since 2003. Also, they became a tag team due to Paul Heyman, as he put them together while he was the OVW booker earlier in the year.

No, Devin Driscoll is someone else, though the rest of the info is accurate. --James Duggan 23:09, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you Duggan. Bdve
As I proved with the MySpace accounts, Devin Driscoll is not JTG, Devin's a 24 year old WHITE guy from Tennessee. Wrestling Inc. got bad info, though everything else about JTG is correct. James Duggan 03:49, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
- More proof, OVW results from this past weekend: http://community.livejournal.com/ovw_wrestling/50552.html?#cutid2. JTG was in one match, Driscoll was in another. James Duggan 03:55, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
I emailed both Wrestling Inc. and OWW letting them know their info is incorrect using the links I provided here as proof. --James Duggan 04:38, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
And look what Pat Buck put on JTG's MySpace: "Look what it said on the internet. "The real name of Cryme Tyme's JTG is Devon Driscoll." Funny stuff." Ok, I'm done. James Duggan 21:20, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

Move request
Who supports a move to JTG (wrestler)? -- iMatthew T.C. 11:36, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

- Oppose He is only 23 years old, has been in and out of WWE a couple times now and has also used different stage names. I do not see significant reason to why JTG would be his most notable name. JTG is far too new a name to meet my standards for supporting this move. — Moe ε 11:53, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose per Moe Epilson, and to avoid quantifier. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 21:35, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose per Moe Gavyn Sykes (talk) 18:30, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
- Support JTG is far more notable than Jayson Paul. JTG is the name people around the world know him by, and i presume that a maximum of 20% of fans know him by "Jayson Paul". Alex T/C Guest Book 19:03, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
- Honestly, if 20% of his fans call him Jayson Paul still, that would actually counter your argument that the name is completely worth the change. How many who know Hulk Hogan still refer to him as Terry Bollea, certainly not 20%, its more like less that 1%, and Hulk Hogan even refers to himself as Hulk Hogan. My point is, I'm not so sure JTG would even refer to himself as JTG normally, he would probably refer to himself under his real name, and if JTG left WWE, again, he wouldn't be able to use the name JTG wrestling anywhere else except WWE, since the name is copyrighted with WWE like all the other stage names that they come up with. You can keep your descision if you like, but I'm just clarifying my point that it may be way too early in his career for him to be stuck with a single stage name. — Moe ε 19:33, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose also he has been called Jay and titled as Jayson TG in WWE on a few rare occasions. Govvy (talk) 10:26, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
Not done -- iMatthew T.C. 01:28, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
